Little Streaker

It is always a battle when it's time to change a diaper or get Scotlyn dressed. She is fully aware of what she is doing she laughs at me the whole time I am fighting to keep her down long enough to get a diaper on her. If that takes too long she starts to scream her disapproval. Scotlyn waits long enough for me to clean the poop off, then she is gone. This picture was Sunday morning she needed a bath so I just let her go. Mark laughs at me because she never does that to him.

Thankful

These 2 weeks Mark and I have been without a computer or TV, they both broke with in a day of each other. Poor Mark was stuck with out them while I was away in Utah with my family. Last night we finally got a new computer and got the TV fixed. We survived without them. One day we went to the Park. Scotlyn loved swinging with daddy and loved going down the slide, she went all by herself.

We went to St. George and visited Marks sister and her family. They were in St. George for Bonnies husband Masons job. We ate at Ernesto's, Very Good! This is Scotlyn and Bradley.
These past couple of weeks I have been realizing all the blessings in our life. I am so thankful for an amazing husband who works so hard to support our family. We are thankful for the job he has and everyday he still has it. Mark is such an awesome dad, Scotlyn just loves her dad and is so excited when he gets home, she always wakes up the minute the garage door opens and is so excited to see him. So thankful for my sweet Scotlyn and what a joy she is in our lives. She is such a good little girl and I am amazed how fast she is growing up. I am thankful for the family and friends who bless our lives. So many people help us out without hesitation. You all know who you are. I am thankful for my church calling. I was scared at first to serve in the Primary Presidency, but I love it. The women I serve with are awesome and the kids are so sweet, even sharing time is getting better. I am so thankful our family is healthy and well. I am so thankful for the gospel and the many blessing that come from being a member. My Eternal Family, ward family, Priesthood, scriptures, temples, and so much more.

Fun Day!

I am worn out and it is only 1:00. Scotlyn is everywhere and she is starting to pull herself up on things. Earlier this morning she fell asleep so I put her in her crib. She woke up and fussed a bit then stopped crying so I assumed she went back to sleep. I was wrong. I was in the Kitchen, which is below Scotlyns room, when I heard a thump, thump, and then cries. I ran up stairs and Scotlyn was no longer in her crib. She is fine and stopped crying as soon as I picked her up. So I decided to lower her crib. Bad idea! I should have left it for Mark to do. It was a pain in the butt. You practically had to take the whole crib apart. While trying to put the crib back together Scotlyn has a diaper explosion, sooo the crib isn't put back together, scotlyn is half dressed and nothing i needed to get done is done. But I am thankful for my sweet angel who is asleep on my shoulder.
